1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1 This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through www.vitaran.ee.

1.2 The Website is operated by Estetix Group OÜ, registration number 11305263, Kadaka tee 133, Tallinn, 12915, Estonia.

1.3 Vitaran.ee supplies products exclusively to licensed medical professionals and registered legal entities acting within their professional activity.

1.4 This Policy applies only to business customers (B2B). Consumer withdrawal rights under EU distance selling legislation do not apply.

2. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

2.1 Due to hygiene, safety, and regulatory requirements, the following products are non-returnable:

  • Medical devices
  • Injectable products
  • Sealed products once opened
  • Products requiring controlled storage conditions
  • Perishable or temperature-sensitive goods

2.2 Once products leave our controlled supply chain, we cannot guarantee compliance with storage requirements. Therefore, returns are not accepted unless the product is defective.

3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

3.1 The Client must inspect goods immediately upon receipt.

3.2 Any claim for:

  • Transit damage
  • Missing items
  • Incorrect products
  • Manufacturing defects

must be submitted within 2 calendar days of receipt.

3.4 Claims must include:

  • Order number
  • Detailed description
  • Photographic evidence
  • Official carrier damage report (if applicable)

3.5 Claims submitted after the 2-day period may be rejected.

4. APPROVED CLAIMS

4.1 If a claim is approved, we may at our discretion:

  • Replace the product
  • Issue a credit note
  • Refund the product value

4.2 Refunds apply only to the value of the product.
Shipping costs, customs duties, and other related expenses are non-refundable.

4.3 Indirect or consequential damages are not covered.

5. RETURN PROCEDURE

5.1 Products may not be returned without prior written approval.

5.2 Unauthorized returns may be refused.

5.3 Approved returns must be shipped according to our written instructions.

5.4 The Client bears return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1 Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected product.

6.2 We are not liable for:

  • Loss of profit
  • Business interruption
  • Reputational damage
  • Improper storage or misuse after delivery
