GENERAL PROVISIONS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1.1 This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vitaran.ee\">www.vitaran.ee<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.2 The Website is operated by <strong>Estetix Group O\u00dc<\/strong>, registration number 11305263, Kadaka tee 133, Tallinn, 12915, Estonia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.3 Vitaran.ee supplies products exclusively to licensed medical professionals and registered legal entities acting within their professional activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.4 This Policy applies only to business customers (B2B). Consumer withdrawal rights under EU distance selling legislation do not apply.<\/p>\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>2.1 Due to hygiene, safety, and regulatory requirements, the following products are non-returnable:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Medical devices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Injectable products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sealed products once opened<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products requiring controlled storage conditions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perishable or temperature-sensitive goods<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>2.2 Once products leave our controlled supply chain, we cannot guarantee compliance with storage requirements. Therefore, returns are not accepted unless the product is defective.<\/p>\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>3.1 The Client must inspect goods immediately upon receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.2 Any claim for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Transit damage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Missing items<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorrect products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manufacturing defects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>must be submitted within <strong>2 calendar days<\/strong> of receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.3 Claims must be sent to:<br \/><a>info@vitaran.ee<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.4 Claims must include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Order number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Detailed description<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photographic evidence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Official carrier damage report (if applicable)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>3.5 Claims submitted after the 2-day period may be rejected.<\/p>\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. APPROVED CLAIMS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>4.1 If a claim is approved, we may at our discretion:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Replace the product<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Issue a credit note<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refund the product value<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>4.2 Refunds apply only to the value of the product.<br \/>Shipping costs, customs duties, and other related expenses are non-refundable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.3 Indirect or consequential damages are not covered.<\/p>\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. RETURN PROCEDURE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>5.1 Products may not be returned without prior written approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.2 Unauthorized returns may be refused.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.3 Approved returns must be shipped according to our written instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.4 The Client bears return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.
